Es sind nur Ameldungen von Doppel-Teams möglich. Du solltest wissen, mit wem du zusammenspielen willst, da dies bei der Anmeldung gefragt wird. Du und Dein*e Partner*in solltet Euch zudem einig sein, in welchem Level ihr spielen wollt.
Sollte eine Staffel ausgebucht sein, gibt es die Möglichkeit, sich auf eine Warteliste setzen zu lassen. Hierzu teile uns bitte über das entsprechende Formular die gewünschte Staffel und Namen mit.

In den Teilnahmegebühren enthalten ist ein Welcome-Bag mit Überraschungen, zwei Freigetränke beim Get-Together am Freitag und (mit etwas Glück und sportlichem Ehrgeiz) eine Medaille.

Davon abweichend gelten für die Queer Games Cologne folgende Bedingungen bezüglich Rücktritt und Widerruf:
Bei Rücktritt weniger als 8 Wochen vor dem Turnier wird bei der Rückerstattung der Gebühren ein Betrag von 10 € einbehalten sowie 50 Prozent der Kosten für gebuchte Party und Brunch. Erfolgt der Rücktritt weniger als 2 Wochen vor dem Turnier werden keine Gebühren erstattet. Das Stellen einer Ersatzperson ist jederzeit möglich.
Only registrations of double teams are possible. You should know with whom you want to play together, because this will be asked at the registration. You and your partner should also agree in which level you want to play.
If a relay is fully booked, there is the possibility to be put on a waiting list. To do this, please write to us using the appropriate form and tell us the desired relay and name.

The participation fees include a welcome bag with nice goodies, two free drinks at the get-together on Friday and (with a little luck and sporting ambition) a medal.

Deviating from this, the following conditions regarding withdrawal and revocation apply to Queer Games Cologne:
In case of withdrawal less than 8 weeks before the tournament, an amount of 10 € will be withheld from the refund of fees as well as 50 percent of the costs for booked party and brunch. If the cancellation is made less than 2 weeks before the tournament, no fees will be refunded. The provision of a substitute person is possible at any time.
