Taekwondo: Basic Movements

Beginners: After some basic stances and techniques without partner, we will deepen them in partner training to get a feeling for distances.
Advanced: Depending on the level of knowledge, we will extend to “one-step fighting” – a basic training variant in Taekwondo.

Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu Basics | Level: all
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu (BJJ) belongs to the grappling sports and is based on based on throws, holds, chokes, levers and control of the opponent. You will get an interesting insight into the basic techniques of this great sport. Roll with us!

Boxing Fighting Tactics / Sparring | Level: Advanced
30 % of power – 100 % of fun! Enjoy the unique opportunity to spar with many different boxers. Beforehand, we will briefly go over a few tactical tips and tricks, such as boxing against larger or smaller partners, feints, southpaws and more. Be sure to bring standard equipment, thick gloves and a mouth guard, as well as a head guard if you have one.

Taekwondo: Kick Tutorial / Dynamic kicks | Level: all
For beginners: We will focus on some basic kicks: front kick, stomp kick, roundhouse kick, including stances and fundamental movements. For advanced: Dynamic kicks & combinations
